Carlos Enrique Viaud Arguello, es un Ingeniero Mecánico Industrial que ama la naturaleza y la caficultura
que heredó de sus bisabuelos Annetta Napoli (originaria de Genova Italia) y Federico Garcia Prieto (Español), su abuela Carmen
Garcia Prieto Napoli fué la única mujer entre varios hermanos, una hermosa mujer con una gran sensibilidad humana y generosiodad
que se recuerda con gran cariño el los alrededores de las faldas del Volcan de Chaparrastique.

Inés De Viaud, Artist (songwriter) and a missionary woman, mother of 5 children. Her husband Carlos is a Mechanical Engineer and both
come from families where Growing Coffee has been a tradition in their families since 1800...
Do to the coffee prices in this past years and
the crisis, Ines start a new mission, work hand to hand with the coffee farmers and people that live from the coffee.

rescuing our coffee forests and animals in extinction danger, creating a training center that could motivated youth and people
without distinction of race or religion to respect our planet... our nature as a divine gift.
Our
mission is to nurture positive life values in young people and to provide visitors and tourist a safe environment.

missione per il mondo, col sentimento di riscattare la FORESTA Del Caffè avemmo l'idea di creare il nostro "Ecoturismo l'Arte
& Caffè
Un posto dove insieme a differenti attività
turistiche ed ecologiche potremmo restituire qualcosa ai contadini che vivono della terra…. coltivando Caffè, fagioli,
mais ed altre piante tropicali... Così pure il turista potrebbe imparare sulla cultura maya ed imparare la lingua spagnola
!!
